Marvin came to us in August of '05 and became apart of the Micah Project officially in May of '06. From the time Marvin was 6 he grew up in Zamorano, Honduras which is about an hour outside of Tegucigalpa. There he lived with his Father, stepmother, step- grandmother and their children until he was 14. Marvin's step- grandmother greatly influenced his life with the love and knowledge of Jesus. Once she died Marvin's home life became very abusive and he finally fled the situation when he was 14. He traveled to Tegucigalpa to see if his mother would take him in only to face more rejection. For the next two years Marvin jumped from home to home of generous people until he found us. Having exhausted all possibilities and being rejected from both his parents, Marvin found a place to call home. |

| Marvin is great with children and enjoys participating with our school program out at the local city dump when he can. Here he passes out a snack to the children during a vacation bible school. |
| Here Marvin and Hauner are entertaining children from our dump ministry with an improve skit. They are both very talented working with children and Marvin hopes to be a missionary one day. |
| Marvin shares his testimony through song at a concert in Central Park. He is a member of a band he and 3 other Micah guys formed to share the Word of God called Los Micah Boys. He writes many of the lyrics to the songs. You can check out their website and a few of their songs at www.myspace.com/losmicahboys. |
