Arle's Photo-biography

Above:  Arle (pronounced Arly) is the younger brother of Jarvin (pictured above with Arle) and Darwin.  Arle had lived in an orphanage since he was 3 and came to live in the Micah Project in January 2006.  Jarvin worked hard to get him a part of Micah, and after a lot of foot work and paper work he was able to join his two brothers here.  This picture is the first day we met Arle and picked him up from his orphanage.

 

Not only did Arle reunite with his brothers but he gained 18 more!  Here Pedro shows some brotherly love with Arle.

 

Below: Arle has joined swimming classes this spring and is learning so fast!  Here he taking a breather after a long lap of kicking.

 

Danilo (left) and Jeferson (right) pose for a photo op with Arle at a park.  Arle has made some fast friends at the Micah Project and fit in right away with everyone.  Arle currently studies with Jeferson in the 7th grade.  

 
Here Michael poses with Arle at the top of Tegucigalpa where the Picacho statue stands.  Arle had only been with the project for a month when this picture was taken.
